Thats one of the most exciting benefits of ghostwriting memoirs and autobiographies. Ghostwriting brings many other rewards, probably none more gratifying than helping someone tell their story through a memoir when they lacked the time, the inclination, or the writing skills or confidence to do it themselves. And it doesnt take chronicling dramatic life experiences like prowling the Amazon on a spy-like mission to feel that gratification. I derive the same pleasure, or more, by bringing to light the simple, everyday lives of people setting out to capture what Natalie Goldberg calls the ordinary and the magical: Sunday family dinners, unforgettable lessons from teachers, heart-stirring moments with family, and memorable triumphs and challenges.
Ghostwriting a memoir usually begins with a yearning. You have a story that must be told, whether to family and close friends or to a larger audience that could be touched or influenced by it, and you cant or dont want to write it yourself. I offer myself as the bridge that can transport your words, ideas, and experiences across the divide to your intended audience. We enter into an agreement and a relationship built on trust - I am entrusted with speaking your words in a way that looks and sounds like you.
Hi, I’m John Halas, memoir ghostwriter for hire
Welcome to Memoir Writers, where you can hire experienced memoir writers to ghostwrite your memoirs. Unlike most memoir writers, when collaborating with me on your memoirs, you have the choice to communicate with me with whichever means of combination of means you prefer:A writer (Ewan McGregor) is hired to take over ghostwriting the memoirs of former British Prime Minister Adam Lang (Pierce Brosnan). He’s a bit nervous given he’s never written political material before, his deadline is tight, and his subject is a bit aloof and hot-tempered. Oh, and there’s the little fact that his predecessor’s body washed up on a beach a few days before. Ewan plays a ghost writer who takes up a job to ghost write the memoirs of the ex British Prime Minister Adam Lang (Pierce). Ewan's predecessor and former aide of Lang died in an unfortunate accident. Lang is accused of ordering the torture of terrorists and is being investigated for war crimes. Ewan tries to discover the truth behind the rise of Lang to power and connections with the CIA. It's a very interesting plot but it takes a long time to get to the revelations. Good cast. He movie reminded me of Frost Nixon and Michael Clayton.
